How to use

  1. Drop images in the area above, or paste a copied image with Ctrl + V. You can add many images at once.
  2. On the right, choose a size mode: original size, scale, custom pixels, or preset.
  3. Drag the center line in the preview left and right to compare the original and the result. Use View actual size to check sharpness at the pixel level.
  4. Save saves the image you are viewing. Save all saves every added image with the same settings.

Presets

Fit images to YouTube thumbnails (1280×720), Shorts (1080×1920), Instagram square (1080×1080) and portrait (1080×1350), and link previews (1200×630). Crop to fill crops the overflow around the center. Fit with padding keeps the whole image and fills the empty space with a color.

About upscaling

When enlarging, choose an upscale method. AI photo and AI illustration use Real-ESRGAN models to restore blurry edges, JPG artifacts and noise while enlarging. Use AI photo for photos and AI illustration for drawings, comics and logos. The model downloads once (about 5 MB) and, with a GPU (WebGPU), finishes in seconds. Browsers without GPU access may be slow or fall back to the basic method.

Basic enlarges in steps and only sharpens the edges. Setting sharpening too high creates white halos, so 30 to 50 is recommended.

Choosing a format

  • JPG: Best for photos. Transparent backgrounds become white.
  • PNG: Best for text, logos, screenshots and other images that must stay sharp, and for transparent backgrounds.
  • WEBP: 25 to 35% smaller than JPG. Good for websites and blogs.

FAQ

Does it support HEIC (iPhone photos)?
HEIC opens in Safari. Chrome and Edge cannot read HEIC. On the iPhone, go to Settings > Camera > Formats and choose "Most Compatible", or export the photo as JPG when you share it.
What happens to photo location data (EXIF)?
Saving with this tool removes all EXIF data. You can also use it to remove location data before posting photos publicly.
Can I make very large images?
Because of browser canvas limits, output is capped at 12,000 px per side and 100 million pixels in total.
